Abstract :
Since the pilot´s inefficient and disorderly flow is threatening and damaging Chinese aviation industry, on the basis of the Unfolding Model of Voluntary Turnover this Paper discusses the pilot´s possible and major Paths toward turnover through empirical and statistical analysis, concluding that the key to early-warning management should be to strengthen the pilot´s loyalty to airlines and to improve the pilot´s job satisfaction, on which the early-warning countermeasures are proposed to the different Paths.
