Research on the Core Specialty Ability of Undergraduate: Based on the Public Finance Specialty

The Financial Crisis has effectted the undergraduates employment, which reveals the weakness in the ability building of our general higher education system. Starting from the research of high education, the thesis analysises the training objectives, training programs and curriculum examination system of the Public Finance Specialty. Researches show that there is the uncoordinates among the training objectives, training programs and curriculum examination system, which leads the undergraduate students lacking the employability and competitiveness. Then the thesis advises that the special ability of undergraduate should have been the core, which can make the training system better and improve employability.
