The necessity of PPP application in alleviating public funds scarcity under Chinese population aging

Population aging phenomenon aggravates, so the medical health investment should also increases. Applying cointegration analysis and granger causality test gets the result that China government´s medical health investment is not keeping up with the pace of the population aging, so makes a health care shortage. Introducing PPP models can make up for the scarcity. On the basis of the British health PPP models, gives the method to solve China´s scarcity of public funds, that is the health care field introduces PPP models.
