Both of them emphasize the long-term symbiosis and coexistence within a specific region. Lanzhou National High-tech Zone, for example, is in the stage from factors clustering to industries leading like the other national high-tech zones and is still facing the challenges of sustainable development. Then according to the analysis on these problems at present, the paper points out the transition way of Lanzhou National High-tech Zone that the industries should develop for clustering and greening on the basis of the interaction mechanism between industrial cluster and industrial ecology during the period of 12th five-year economic growth.
