Abstract :
To the fact that the labor productivity of large scale operation is too low in our country this paper expands Solow´s model and use cross section, pool, (fixed effect) panel data model to carry on empirical analysis. All the results indicate fertility rate and human capital have important influence on labor productivity of the agricultural large scale operation. Through reducing rural fertility rate and improving the level of rural human capital, we reduce too many agricultural workforces from two respects of flow and stock promote the popularization of modern agricultural technology and effective disposition of agricultural factor of production, which make agricultural total output increase. Therefore, the labor productivity of large scale operation improves.
