Abstract
Protein structure comparison has become the important contents of life science. This paper gives the protein secondary structure of a new kind of 2 - D graphical representation, which put the protein secondary structure into the plane point columns. Fitting curve is obtained by distribution characteristics of point columns. And using the frequency of á- helix, â-sheet and no rules curly structure to structure 3d vector, which describe the properties of protein secondary structure. 1ayd etc 12 protein secondary structures similarly compare, which get good results. This method is simple and fast, for protein secondary structure is to provide a new way.
