Abstract

As a key branch of logistics, cold-chain logistics is an important part of modern agriculture logistics. This article first introduced the concept of modern agriculture logistics, described the difference between cold-chain logistics and the traditional industry logistics, then it extended the thinking of JIT in the application of production and logistics further to the application of cold-chain logistics. It focused on the research of the delivery schedule problems during the process of cold-chain logistics, put forward the approximate plan for delivery schedule, so as to effectively enrich the choice of the transport strategy of cold-chain logistics.
