Research of Neural Networks in Image Anomaly Identification Application

Images anomaly refers to a relatively constant image, which suddenly appeared continuous monitoring of abnormal signs, and its online identification is widely used in public security, environment, transportation and production process monitoring. This paper studied online identification algorithms and implementation techniques of image anomaly, and proposed the learning algorithm based on BP neural network for anomly identification.
