Abstract :
According to the thickness and pre-deformation of throttle slice, and the throttle area, the velocity points at which the throttle valve opens firstly and maximum were researched and their mathematic model were given. Based on this, the model of piecewise linear math function of outer characteristic simulation was established with the formula of throttle slice deformation and the relation of throttle pressure to oil flux. The CAE software of outer characteristic of shock absorber of telescopic shock absorber for three wheel agricultural vehicle was developed. A practical example of simulation was given, and the performance test was conducted for to verify the CAE software. The results show that the CAE software is reliable, and the values simulated is close to that tested.
