RF MEMS roadmap

This document summarizes the results of the RF MEMS roadmapping project ARRRO (Applied Research Roadmap for Micro and Nano Systems). This project has been financed by the European Commission within the 6th Framework Programme. The paper will present some excerpts of the project regarding the 1) RF MEMS product roadmap with the example of RF MEMS switches, 2) the application roadmap with the example of cell phones 3) the position of Europe in RF MEMS in global competition. The final ARRRO report will be delivered in May 2007, therefore the analysis is not complete by the time of the submission (February 2007).
