Remote Medical Research Based on the IHE

IHE Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise is an integrated program based on existing information standards. These standards, like HL7 (Health Level Seven) and DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) etc.., are promoting the hospital information integration and providing the guiding structure of seamless integration from different systems. This paper introduces the concept of IHE technical framework and also describes integrated framework model. Then we analyze the key point of interoperability between hospital and domain. In addition, we put forward the structure method based on the IHE remote medical corporation network. Using the SOA structure, Web Service and. NET computer technology, etc... We study the structure of Remote Medical Corporation network platform and achieve interoperability between heterogeneous systems.
