Abstract
Since China implemented "Government Online Project" in 1999, E-government has developed rapidly. How to evaluate the E-government performance has gradually become a brand new and important subject. This paper reviews the development of E-government performance evaluation research in China and overseas. Based on the analysis of domestic and abroad literature, it points out the inadequacy of domestic research and puts forward some concrete suggestion on China\´s E-government performance evaluation.
