Abstract :
The results designing and experimental investigation electron-optical system (EOS) for high power millimeter wave source are presented. This EOS operating at a beam voltage of 18-19 kV and a beam current of 0,5-0,55 A provide the beam forming and transporting with beam transmission of 99% and more through the transmission channel with a diameter of 0,48 mm and a length of 25 mm.
