  • Abstract
    We demonstrate first successful squeezing of single-polarisation mode VCSELs, and present comprehensive and comparative, both theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of spectral, spatial and polarisation modes on the squeezing performance of edge emitters and VCSELs.
