Abstract :
An algorithm for simulation of electromagnetic fields having harmonic dependence from one of space coordinates in the time domain is presented. The algorithm eliminates harmonic functional dependence from Maxwell´s equations and reduces the problem dimensionless from 3 to 2. An algorithm is realized in computer code TREMSI. An example of the propagation constant calculation in a rectangular waveguide near its cutoff frequency is presented.
