Abstract :
RFID technology automatically identifies the target and obtains relevant information by radio frequency signal. Through RFID technology we can collect and exchange information efficiently. This quality of RFID technology can be specifically used in every segments of the livestock products supply-chain. But non-uniform technical standards and high costs hamper the application of RFID in the livestock supply-chain, the uniform technical standards and greater government support efforts can promote the application and development of RFID technology.
