Abstract :
Technique of cutoff wavelength calculation of dominant mode of equilateral hexagonal waveguide (HW), based on similarity of fields of H/sub 11/-mode in circular waveguide and analyzed one is considered. Analytical expressions for computation of cutoff wavelength of dominant mode of equilateral HW and comparison of results obtained using described method with known data are represented.
