Chinese practice shows that E-commerce begun in 1998 promotes the development of supply chain financing, and has alleviated the problem of SMEs financing to some extent. However, SMEs are still facing the problems about excessive dependence on indirect financing for banks, and uncoordinated development between E-commerce and the supply chain financing and so on. The research has shown that based on the existing supply chain financing models, our country should actively promote the integrating process of E-commerce and SMEs´ supply chain financing, to make it truly become an effective financing channels for SMEs, it will be an inevitable trend in the development of the electronic supply chain financing in China.
