Abstract :
Mathematical modeling problems are considered for the electrical and electrooptical characteristics of thin-film electroluminescent AC-driven light emitters. Mathematical models of light elements and devices are created on the basis of the electron processes in the thin-films, followed by a description of the control schemes electrical characteristics.
