Abstract :
In order to improve the capacitance measurement precision and extract motivate characteristic frequency of the signal, people do related experiments from the aspect of capacitance tomography and construct structure platform. Measuring system based on virtual instrument of capacitance plate capacitance was designed. The system uses high-speed single chip to acquire capacitance signals, computers use the LABVIEW to realize real-time signal collection, storage, analysis and shown results. This system has characteristics of low cost and humanized etc.
