Automobile supply chain alliance in China has been generally practiced, but they are mostly equity alliances and alliance´s range is narrow, so it is difficult to meet diverse and fast product demands in modern information society. Aim at characteristics of Chinese automotive supply chain, this thesis researches the management of agreement system dynamic alliance, including decision making and control mechanism, profit distribution and incentive mechanism, conflict management mechanism and confidence building mechanism. Alliance commission plays a central role in the management of automobile supply chain alliance. It safeguards the alliance stability and dynamic, and lays the foundation for realizing the alliance targets.
