As a pillar industry, now the automobile industry of Hubei province in China is attracted by both international giant automobile enterprises and Chinese private automobile enterprises. Integrating the supply chain and establishing supply chain alliance will make Hubei automobile industry keeping core competitiveness to deal modern production and meet various demands. This thesis researches the outstanding supply chain alliance pattern in foreign, and analyzes the characters of Hubei automobile supply chain, then derives that Hubei automobile industry can try the alliance pattern of some extent dynamic agreement system, whose core is the alliance committee.
