Abstract
A technique for decreasing the influence of construction-technological errors in production of ferrite microstrip microwave devices on the output radioengineering characteristics. Initial electrophysical and design parameters of the device are divided into groups, which differ by degree of influence of deviation of their values on the radioengineering characteristics, and selection of ferrite substrates is carried out based on the most essential parameters. Combining by corresponding selection of the parameters of the groups, one can obtain decreasing deviation of output parameters, increasing their repeatability and the output percentage of ready devices during production.
