Abstract :
In this paper, an improved approach to direct torque control of asynchronous wind power generator is presented. It is not only simple but also can match by the performance of conventional hysteresis comparator. In this paper, a torque fuzzy controller and a linkage controller are used to replace the conventional hysteresis comparator. The results of simulation in Matlab/Simulink show that the method of DTC based on SVPWM proposed in the paper significantly improves the performance not only reducing the torque ripple and the generator start current, but also enhancing the performance of whole control system greatly.
