Abstract :
This article briefly expounds the conception of “Digital reading”,illustrates the development trends of “Digital reading”and how to achieve it. “Digital reading” is changing the trachtional model of library services. In the light of how to deal with “digital reading”and expand the service functions for the reader. This article discuss from digital information service, online bibliographic query, online information transvrission, online education, development of virtual resources and so on.
