Abstract :
Social Media is quickly becoming a vital part of the digital transformation that is occurring across almost all industries today. It is becoming a critical tool for the enterprise as a means to facilitate communicate among peers while driving businesses to next level. In the past, organizations would communicate solely through traditional methods such as email, face-to-face meetings and written communications thus limiting information flow to a small subset of individuals. With the advent of social media platforms, keeping all organizations (and individuals) across an Enterprise “in the communications loop” has become the norm rather than the exception.
