  • Abstract
The teacher or business person needs a computer presenter to make a presentation for controlling computer software easily. In this paper an IR Computer Presenter System with minimum cost and full functions has been developed. We design the application software by Java language and Java Swing package to control computer software. Our system can control application software such as presentation software, text editor, web browser, media player and so on, according to received IR signal by IR Receiver. In regard to hardware, we designed circuit, IR Receiver, which is attached to com port of computer. IR Receiver function is receiving IR signal from anyone commercial TV IR remote controller. Our goal is that designs a product to minimize the cost of the commercial computer presenter and offer the full functions of computer presenter by TV IR remote controller.
