Abstract :
Principles and methods of Game theory were taken to analyze how to avoid conflict of stakeholder in watershed management, so as to attain multilateral cooperations under profit balance. Taking ChanBa watershed for a demonstration analysis, watershed management system and existing problems were expounded, game models between watershed administrative organization and administrative region, among different administrative regions were established, arrived at mixed strategy and dominant strategy equilibrium. The paper proposed coping strategies based on the result of game analysis in the end, i.e. improving management system, making clear of legal status, unified management of watershed and cooperative management of region, public participation in routinely management.
