The first 28 enterprises of China´s Growth Enterprise Market listed on October 30, 2009 at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, so a large number of local venture capital companies has been revealed. In this paper we try to analyze the reasons for the success of the local venture capital companies taking ShenZhen Fortune Venture Capital as an example, which have got 3 of the first listed 28 enterprises.
