Abstract :
There are many factors effect brain drain in enterprise, these factors are complex, they are multi-level and sides. This paper determined key factors which influence the enterprise´s brain drain by Delphi method, research the relations between these key factors through ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling). We may safely draw a conclusion that these factors has a hierarchical structure, employee self-realization does not meet is internal root, and the convenience of the information age is external causes. This paper proposes enterprise should make strong measure to deal with these internal and external factors.
