Abstract :
The Cellular Neural Networks (CNN) are very efficient in many tasks for image processing [1]-[2]. Particularly, they are useful for the study of the temporal dynamics in several differential partial equations and in the formation of patterns [4]-[9]. In this paper we describe the Swift-Hohenberg CNN and report some localized patterns obtained with numerical simulations of the generalized Swift-Hohenberg CNN of fifth degree.
