Abstract :
The authors obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a minimax solution to one-stage and quasi-classical disturbance rejection problems, with decentralized measurements. They then extend them to obtain sufficient conditions for the discrete-time linear-quadratic finite-horizon disturbance rejection problem with nonclassical decentralized measurements. Both the decoupled and coupled measurement structures are considered. In the former each control station has access to a different measurement channel corrupted by an independent (deterministic) disturbance, whereas in the latter some measurement channels are shared
