Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In the current power energy environment, this paper combined the characteristics of the power energy industry, established the evaluation index system of the listed energy companies´ growth ability, used the entropy value method to determine the dynamic index weight, combined with the ideal point method, three quarters of financial data in 2009 of five energy companies as the original data. Using principles of dynamic comprehensive evaluation, in order to sort and evaluate the growth ability of representation of the power plant industry, we made an empirical analysis.
