Abstract :
To meet the requirement of multi-channel healthcare applications, a second order incremental ΣΔ ADC in 0.35μm CMOS technology is proposed for minimizing power consumption and achieving high resolution. The ADC achieves 95dB dynamic range in 240Hz bandwidth. The total power consumption of the ADC is 80μW and the chip core area is 0.21mm2.
