Abstract :
A sigma-delta digital to analog converter (DAC) which achieves 98.26-dB signal to noise rate in the 100-KHz band is proposed in this paper. A fifth-order feed-forward modulator is adopted to converter the digital signal to 1-bit analog signal. The signal transfer function (STF) of the modulator is unity. The folded structure is applied in the interpolation filter which is realized by three kinds of digital filter. Besides, a sixth-order Bessel low-pass filter realized in the way of switch-capacitor (SC) is used to suppress the noise in signal band.
