A Study on Evolution Model and Promote Strategy for the Employability of Knowledge Workers in the Context of Boundaryless Career

Abstract :
Though analysis of the intension and key-factors of employability in the context of boundaryless career, the difference on the importance of each employability factors contributing to career development during different employability evolution stages of the knowledge workers was explored. Moreover, in order to resolve the entrance crisis, embedding crisis and transfer crisis which were caused by deficiency of key-factors of employability in each developing stage, the contingency strategies based on multi-staged key-factors for developing and promoting employability of the knowledge workers were proposed.
