Abstract :
Recently, knowledge alliance has been the crucial method for enterprise to get competitive advantage. Based on overlapping knowledge under the E-commerce environment, this article has analyzed the factors of knowledge transfer in Knowledge Alliance. It has put forward the four -factor model and analyzed four major factors such as the nature of knowledge, the inner factors within enterprise, the outer factors among alliance partners and the E-commerce alliance environment. Three kinds of relationships between factors and knowledge transfer are explained: positive effect, negative effect and an inverted U-shape effect.
