Abstract :
Because of great change of business environment and diversity of employees, traditional strategic planning of human resources faces more and more challenges. On the one hand, according to enterprise strategy, deductive method-based human resource strategic planning will fix the requirements of employees´ behaviors. On the other hand, competency-based human resource strategic planning will bring employees´ behavior management into the modules of human resource management. Therefore, human resource management will become one part of enterprise strategic planning.
