PERPETUALLY SKINT Eric has scored a major coup by being first in line to sign up for the university???s paid sleep pod trial. (The uni is blowing the whole of someone???s ??9k tuition fees this year on a gently-vibrating, feet-in-the-air chair with a big hood that enables students to nap in the library. Before buying a bank of them ??? and to justify the fact they???re getting rid of three desks to fit this one in ??? they???re trialling it first. Ironically, Eric had to sleep outside the door of the bursar???s office to be in with a chance of getting on the trial.)
