  • Abstract
    Wireless transmission efficiency is deteriorated by radiation and ohmic loss even when the receiving circuit is optimally controlled and the transmitting circuit is controlled to match the input impedance of the transmitting antenna. The dependences of these degradation factors on transmission distance, antenna type, size, and arrangement are investigated. Because variation of the receiving circuit parameters deteriorates transmission efficiency, the variation width allowing receiving efficiency degradation (in which degradation by impedance mismatch of a transmitting antenna is excepted) of 10% is also evaluated.
