Abstract :
Since 2007, the United Nations Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released its fourth Climate Change Assessment Report, and climate change attracts unprecedented attention. According to scientific research, we all know energy use is a key resource to produce greenhouse gas which gives rise to the climate change. We need adjust the energy strategy to cope with the climate change. In this way, in this paper we will take china as example and explore the way to make the new balance between energy use and climate change.
