    The relationship between environment and energy management issues is for sustainable human development, relationships, survival of the entire Earth. Contract energy management (Energy Performance Contracting) is a new market-oriented energy-saving mechanism. Its essence is to reduce energy costs to pay for energy-saving projects are all the cost of energy-efficient way of doing business. The paper analyzes the status quo of China´s energy management, discusses the energy management contracts in China to speed up the implementation of the necessity and importance, combined with the contract energy management case study on China´s large-scale public facilities, the importance of energy-saving applications, and finally put forward the implementation of the contract to adapt to China´s national conditions energy management measures and recommendations.
