Abstract :
As the world´s second largest FDI inflow country, and the world´s largest developing country, China faced with the increasingly serious environmental problems. The FDI inflow is a two-edge sword, along with the great effect in host country´s economic development, they also bring in the pollution industries which badly influence the environment. In this way, the studies on the coordination between the FDI and the environment issues have great significance. In this paper, after the exploration of the relationship between FDI and environment, it will figure out the big negative impact on the fragile environment. In order to solve this problem, this paper will offer corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve China´s deteriorate environment.
