Abstract
Key factors of project selection for core product development were analyzed from qualitative angle and decision process of project selection for core product development was constructed in this paper. Returns and risks of core product development were analyzed from quantitative angle. On that basis, two dimensional model of project selection for core product development was proposed. Core product development project could be selected by manufacturing enterprise correctly under the direction of this method, which has a higher operational ability.
