Abstract :
This paper analyzes the limitation of traditional method of Project Schedule Management, and put forward a method of using DSM to cluster the work, when there is a coupling of the information flow of the work. It can reduce the number of coupling, shorten the communication time, shorten the project cycle, and also provide a new way of thinking for project schedule management.
