Abstract
Organizations are moving towards team-based structures in order to improve their software development processes. It is important to develop a team support network (TSN) for sharing best and worst practices, monitoring process adherence and providing for process improvement. Based on project experience, a TSN is proposed as an interface for linking team layers in an organization
