In the aims of finding the solutions for workplace emergency management problems and formulating effective emergency management policies, the administrators are supposed to disclose the causes of the workplace emergency management problems in the present stage in China. This paper uses the literatures, starting from the theoretical elements, recognizing the key elements of workplace emergency management that are used as a basis of index selection during component analysis, to extract the major causes of workplace emergency management problems.
