Study on Human Resource Strategy in E-commerce Enterprise

Based on the literatures review, the paper try to make up a coordination model of enterprise strategy and human resource strategy. According to the need of E-commerce enterprise´s development in China, this paper discusses the environmental factors of E-commerce enterprise, and explains the different human resource strategies of different development stages. Furthermore, we put forward the essential requirements in human resource management of E-commerce industry.
