Abstract

After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Since the first half of 2008, due to some reasons such as external shocks, blind development, Capital fracture etc, 67000 SMEs in China had closed, which brought even more serious employment problems in China, how to effectively prevent further deterioration of the collapse phenomenon, the key is to solve the financing problems of SMEs. From China\´s commercial banks credit market perspective, this paper explores how to resolve the bottleneck of the development of SMEs - "financing difficult" issue through joint efforts of the small and medium enterprises, banks and government, while Comparative analysis with the credit markets in developed countries, and proposes concrete solution ideas, approaches and countermeasures.
