Abstract :
The design and the simulation results of an inline microstrip-to-waveguide transition covering the full W-Band are presented in this Conference paper. The main advantages of this transition are its simple design, low cost, broadband performance operating in the full W-Band and also its easy alignment and assembly. Moreover, the repeatability is ensured due to soldering parts are not required. For all of these reasons, the proposed transition is suitable for characterization of multiple devices built in planar technology at W-Band.
